The artisanal Dairy of the Peru brothers has a history of more than thirty years. Its founder, Agostino Peru, laid the groundwork for a solid and authentic family business. It stands out for the use of traditional techniques and methods, like those used for one of the world’s most renowned products: Sardinian pecorino cheese.

But the production also offers other excellent products, such as ricotta and spreadable creams.
